Orthoceras Fossil, in Matrix, w/stand

Description

This is a Orthoceras Fossil, in Matrix, from Morocco.  This is the actual piece being sold.  This particular piece is from the Atlas Mountains in Morocco, and is approx. 400 Million years old.  The Orthoceras fossils, are the forerunners of our modern day squid.  This particular piece measures approx.7" x 3.25" and weighs approx. 10.60 Oz.and comes with its own acrylic display stand.
As with all my items, any applicable California sales tax is already included in the price of this item.
Also, as with all my items, I always try to save you money on shipping by combining your purchases utilizing Flat rate shipping, to save you money.  Simply put, the more you buy, the more you save because since I charge shipping based on weight, (which is what the U.S.P.S.) charges me, often times I can save you quite a bit of money by utilizing Flat Rate Shipping Boxes.  I have had customers in the past that have literally saved hundreds of dollars in shipping because of this.
Unless specifically mentioned, I do not ship in padded envelopes.  I utilize shipping boxes to help preserve the integrity of my items.  I want them to arrive safe and sound.
