Pre-payment is required for all purchases, except for items shipping via freight, then payment is required within 7 days.

All pre-owned/used units have been tested prior to leaving our facility; we guarantee the unit to be in good working condition.
You will have 3 business days (after the unit is received) to notify us if anything is wrong with the unit.
Returns are only accepted if the unit
DOES NOT
match the description on eBay, or if the item does not work.
We will accept returns within 14 days only. Buyer pays all return shipping fees. Item must be returned in original packaging and the unit must not have been damaged or tampered with.
Unit may be subjected to 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Information
On Freight items we can assist in arranging the shipping as a COURTESY.  The Buyer is responsible for carefully inspecting the freight for any damage that may have occurred during transit and contacting the freight company directly to file a claim of the damage. Baxter Medical Equipment Inc. CANNOT be held responsible for damage that occurs during shipments in transit.
For larger items, we can provide a quote for shipping or for an additional amount to cover our costs, we can palletize the item and fork-lift onto conveyor of buyer's choice.

Shipping stated is for continental 48 United States only, additional fees applied to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
