    This auction is for what we believe to be a rare original illustrated National Cash Register Mechanical Explanation Class N-2000 Wide Stub Receipt And Slip Printers Insert No. 55 booklet manual, © 1932. The cover is marked in part as follows: CLASS N-2000 MECHANICAL EXPLANATION BOOK. INSERT NO. 55. ATTACH ON PAGE 127. FEBRUARY 15, 1932. CLASS N-2000 WIDE STUB RECEIPT AND SLIP PRINTERS. (NOT R & S PRINTER). The book includes a single-sided page insert that reads in part as follows: LEFT SIDE FRAME DRIVE MECHANISM AND PRINTER SEGMENTS ASSEMBLY. The book has a total of 56 numbered pages. The manual has many illustrations throughout it as well as a wealth of information. The manual measures roughly 10 1/2” x 7 3/4” and is just around 1/8” thick. It weighs just around 6.5 oz. The pages have aging, yellowing, edge wear, creases, wrinkles, dirty and/or stained areas, folded corners, small tears, oil and/or grease, and a burn hole-type area on the rear of the book which looks to have gone through roughly 20 pages. The covers have aging, discoloration, edge wear, wrinkles, creases, bumped and/or curled corners, bending, curling, dirty and/or stained areas, and oil and/or grease marks. The whole book also has a large fold mark down its center that runs through all of the pages. This rare original illustrated © 1932 National Cash Register Mechanical Explanation Class N-2000 Wide Stub Receipt And Slip Printers Insert No. 55 booklet manual is sure to be a nice addition to your collection.
