Liftgate Delivery Charge
What is Lift Gate? :
Liftgates are used to lower the contents of the delivery truck to ground-level. If your order contains heavy items and you do not have a loading dock, forklift, or other methods to unload the delivery, then a liftgate is recommended. Non Business Delivery Charge 0
Shipping carriers offer non business address drop-off service for an additional fee. Schools, military bases, home businesses and churches are considered non business addresses. Non Business Delivery fee is 0 which includes lift gate drop off.
Customer pick up is possible from our warehouse.
Receiving the shipment:
Inspect your items upon receiving. The buyer is responsible for inspection of all items at the time of delivery to verify items are free from damage, both concealed and visible damages.
Look for any indication of damage or tampering to the packaging of your shipment and make note of it when signing for your delivery. If the packaging shows any evidence of a
problem, truck drivers can wait up to 15 minutes while you break the shrink wrap and inspect individual items for any damage.

Any shipment that is refused or cannot be delivered AND is returned by the carrier will be considered an unauthorized return.
WARRANTY
All new items come with manufacturer warranty indicated in the listing.
Misuse or mishandling of equipment can result in the manufacturer's warranty being voided. You should be aware that a commercial equipment warranty might be voided if the equipment is placed in a residential setting.
Items cannot be returned without prior authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise.
Return eligible merchandise must be returned complete in unused, uninstalled condition with original packaging.
In the process of a refund being issued by VT Equipment, you will be responsible for the following costs unless otherwise stated in writing by VT Equipment:
- Original shipping costs, including shipping charges covered by promotional free shipping discount
- Any accumulated storage fees from the carrier
- Return shipping costs
- Restocking fees
- Repair or lost value charges for any damages incurred to product
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
