* Golden Eggs eggplant is a very unique Non-GMO heirloom plant that produces golden fruits, which are highly ornamental, and often grown solely for their appearance and awesome looks.  However, the flavor of this rare variety is also delicious!
* Golden Eggs or sometimes called Golden Egg Tree is a sure head-turner and will give you a good conversation piece.
* It's a very neat heirloom variety that will do wonderful in a container of pot.  You could also grow it as a houseplant.  It is also easily pruned and controlled to give you the growing appearance that you desire.  You might even consider growing this as a Bonsai specimen!
* Golden Eggs is a great variety for the beginner gardener.  It needs very little fertilizer and you just have to water it when the soil is dry to the touch.
* Eggplant are pretty disease resistant as well and can also withstand a fair amount of pest pressure.
* Solanum Melongena will also attract beneficial insects and a lot of pollinators like bees aiding your garden ecology and keeping things in balance.
* It's an excellent producer of fruits and will consistently yield upwards of 20 fruits if its environmental conditions are met.
* Golden Eggs loves heat and can withstand drought conditions making it a great plant for those who are conserving water like in California and the desert southwest.  It can flourish in those warm conditions that would harm most other plants.
* People often think of Eggplant as an annual but it is, in fact, a tropical perennial and that's why it'd be a neat houseplant or bonsai plant.
* The fruits are ready to be picked when they're changing colors from the white to golden yellow color.
