Description
The General Tools DCS500 Wireless Recording Borescope captures video clips and still images and saves them on the included 2 GB SD card. The still images are taken at 720 x 480 resolution and video is captured at 640 x 480 pixels. The 5 inch LCD screen can play back videos and images or they can be viewed on a PC running the included ScopeView Management Software. An AV cable comes standard with the DCS500 in order stream video and images live to a TV monitor.
The far focus, 9 mm diameter probe can fit into openings as small as 2/5" in diameter. Four LEDs with adjustable brightness and up to 4X digital zoom means that objects of interest will be clearly seen and captured by the DCS500. The DCS500 wirelessly transmits video from the grip to the LCD monitor from up to 33 ft. (10 m) away with no obstructions.
