Return Policy
Refunds, less all shipping costs, will be issued within 7-10 business daysfrom the date the return in delivered to us
Include your packing slip or a note in the package with the resaon for the return, your name and order ID
We ask that you, as the buyer cover all return postage and keep a record of the tracking number

If there is an error in the listing or the product received is defective/damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Please be sure the returned item and its packaging is in the same condition as received (tags attached, folded neatly and not inside out, clean, unworn, not torn/ripped) Also, items that have manufacturer's packaging need to be in original packaging in the same condition as received -not cut, torn or destroyed. If the item is not in the same condition as you received it, please DO NOT return it.
Exchanges: Please include a hand-written note that specifies which item, size and color you would like in exchange. Your replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise notified. You will not receive an email notification but you may contact us at anytime with the tracking number and order ID to request an update. We do ask that you pay for safe shipping of the item back to us. We will not charge to ship out domestic exchange. Unfortunately, we will need to ask that you cover shipping if this is an international exchange. If you need to exchange the item a second time, we will request that the buyer cover postage. If you return an exchanged item, keep in mind that all postage costs paid by us are deducted from the refund.

For Domestic shipments, we generally use USPS First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Tracking is only available with USPS Express Mail, USPS Priority. Regular First Class International and Priority Mail Flat Rate do NOT offer tracking. First Class International mail takes 2-8 weeks. Priority International Flat Rate about 2-4 weeks; priority international regular about 1-3 weeks and express international about 1-2 weeks. . Additionally, if items have to clear customs that can delay the shipment further.
Certain countries have had extended delays in customs, including the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany and Austria.
