The Edwards EXT 200/200H 24V turbo molecular high vacuum pumps have a pumping speed of 200 liters per second (l/s). The Edwards EXT 200/200H 24V turbo molecular pump inlet is LF 100 with a ISO KF-25 exhaust foreline flange. It can be used for all general-purpose high vacuum applications and works with 24 Volt Edwards Controllers such as EXDC160 or EXDC80.
