Shipping & Handling:
Shipped with USPS First Class Package.
Do not leave cuttings or plants in a mailbox or other area unprotected from the elements.  On hot days they will cook, and on cold days they may freeze.
Shipping and handling includes postage, mailer/box, wrapping medium, tape, labels, receipt, instructions, and a tracking number. Wrapping mediums & packing materials are recycled whenever possible.
Returns & Refunds:
If any problems are noted upon item arrival, I require that you
notify me on the day of delivery.
I will require a
picture
of item with the noted issue, the package, and the shipping label.
This will need to be completed on the day of delivery in order to qualify for a full refund.
