In my opinion this better date 1888 10c Seated Liberty Dime is in sharp Slider Almost Uncirculated to Beautiful UNC  (AU+/BU) condition, as you can easily see from the photos.  A very attractive and White Lustrous coin!  Great Eye Appeal and Very Sharp Devices!!  I don't know if this coin has been cleaned or not, but most coins have been cleaned some time in their past, (so please assume this coin has to avoid any misunderstandings).
