Absolutely Gorgeous Mint State Choice/Gem Uncirculated coin!  Graded and Certified by PCGS UNC details, scratch???  But I can't for the life of me understand why this coin was given this designation.  I think the grader must have had a bad cup of coffee when looking at this blazing lustrous dime.  Worth a re-submition.  It absolutely looks AT LEAST an MS-62/63. Gorgeous Blast White Luster, Razor Sharp devices, and Superb eye appeal!  Images can't capture the beauty of this coin.  Looks much better in hand!
